ATIP Order Processing Forms

For your convenience we have included below all the necessary forms to process your order. These forms are in Microsoft Excel format (unless otherwise specified). If you do not have this program on your system please call one of our customer service or sales representatives.

Customer Processing Forms

Use these forms to create an account with ATIP and to submit orders. When completed, these forms may be sent via e-mail or fax.

Internal Processing Forms

ATIP Customer Service Representatives may download these forms to process customer orders.

Artwork

Ideally artwork is "camera-ready" which simply means it is a sharp, black and white image with all the graphics and type included. Send your artwork to ATIP via postal mail, or e-mail. To send your existing artwork as an electronic file via e-mail attachment, please format artwork as follows:

File Formats Accepted

Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or earlier is prefered. Additional files accepted are: EPS exported from CorelDraw 9.0 or earlier, EPS format from Illustrator 10.0 or earlier, EPS exported from Freehand 9.0 or earlier. Please save or export ALL as a PC-compatible file.

Each file should contain:

  1. a black and white version
  2. all text converted to paths or outlines
  3. a color version specifying Pantone colors where applicable
Important!

DO NOT SEND artwork in MicroSoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, or any other MS Office format. Use of these file formats may slow down the order process and hamper our ability to reproduce your logo accurately. Additional art processing charges may apply.

Contact Information

Please be sure to include your name and your company's name, address and phone number in the e-mail message being sent with the art attachment. A customer service representative will work with you to provide artwork that will be applied to the merchandise you choose. Artwork will be returned to you for approval prior to order fulfillment.

Artwork Processing and Creation

Some logos may need adaptation by our art department to reproduce well on certain promotional products. ATIP will notify you if additional art processing charges will apply. ATIP can also create custom artwork for your products. Contact ATIP for more information.

Set-Up Charges and Production Times

Imprint colors, art requirements, production time, and initial set-up charges vary by product and imprinting method. Call for information about available imprint colors per item. Delivery times depend on your approval of camera-ready artwork.

Embroidery

Most embroidery orders require creation of an electronic file, known as "digitizing." You will be notified if there is a charge for digitizing your artwork. When applicable, embroidery setup charges cannot be refunded or rebated. Unless otherwise stated all digitized embroidery files are the property of ATIP Corporation.
